The Scary part is that wasnt even the best game for the Mavs, Luka did good but Kyrie just avg for that game. If Luka and Kyrie show up for game 6 it may be ugly again for LA. LA had to shoot over 66% in the first half in game 4 and build a 31 point lead they almost lost to beat the mavs. Series aint over but its not looking good for LA.

It will always make me laugh when random people online truly think they know how to coach better than an NBA coach. lol No wonder players today, not even just superstars, but most players lack of basic accountability. Nothing is ever their fault. Though they are the ones missing shots, turning the ball over and playing lack luster defense, with no intensity, no chemistry or urgency, its the coaches fault. Disappearing consistently in the 4th quarter. lol Yeah okay. While also having what many claim as one of the smartest brains in basketball, with LeBron, who is making calls on the floor. You can shamelessly put it on on Ham, let the players escape any blame, but nothing will change next year with a new coach. You all need a roster that can build chemistry with each hother over a few seasons. This age of pairing superstars and throwing random spot up shooters or role players isn't going to cut it. Team basketball and legit team chemistry is dominating today's league. LeBron gutting the roster every season or off season, trying to force chips simply isn't going to work.

This revisionist history "that no one thought the Lakers were good" is so pathetic. They were the 4th or 5th favorite at worst for the title, most of the media coverage was how they killed the offseason and had a great team, after playing the Nuggets tough in the WCF they were expected to be contenders. They were very highly rated. A combination of a flaky #1 who takes too many nights off and doesn't want to be a #1 in Davis, a leader who refused to try on defense and also took too many nights off and some bad coaching (and I'd put it in that order) resulted in them being in the play-in and drawing an elite team in the first round and then that elite team outperformed them in the clutch but let's not act like the Lakers didn't have a genuine chance to have won that series or that they're not a great team who underperformed this year.

EXACTLY! Ham didn't choose these players, LeBron James had more say. Ham wins an in season tournament and still getting fired? The players get paid to play the game, Ham doesn't! The roster was good enough. Ham had a terrible offensive scheme. AD didn’t get points in the 4th quarter because the other team adjusted but Ham didn’t. Denver’s best 2 players touched the ball every time down in last 3 minutes. Because the offense is designed to get them good looks.

In all the games, the Lakers had a lead (even a 20-point lead) AD and Bron was rolling especially AD seemed inevitable... then comes the third quarter, the Lakers offensively became nonexistent. Stagnate, stale, couldn't buy a bucket. AD, who was unstoppable in the first half, now is nonexistent and a nonfactor. You leave the game with two timeouts!! This is the scenario copy-and-paste from game to game. So now Im wondering what exactly Darvin Ham is doing? Cause it darn sure doesn't seem like it's anything to do with coaching. Now I will say roster construction is a limitation and isnt totally Ham's fault, but when you have Bron averaging 28 points and AD averaging around 30 points 11 rebounds what are you doing wrong? DLo and Reeves were hit or miss but you had something to work with and the fact the Lakers came so very close to beating the Nuggets twice shows you how fundamental good coaching is.

@hittkid63126 ай бұрын
Clippers problem is there is a clear solution on how to stop their best scorers. With Harden you run him off from the perimeter and force him to go down the middle and do your best in challenging the floaters. If his floaters are not going he becomes passive and would just keep passing. With George he has a more diverse scoring but he also gets rattled when you play him physical and he does not have the strength to peel defenders away from him or the handles to lose the defender in the dust On the other side, Kyrie can beat you with his speed and handles while Luka can muscle you out of the way and use that herky jerky movement to get you off-balanced and then both of them can score in more places and in more ways.

Yall be on this man's nut sack leave him alone. And then on top of that it's funny how I bring up how much you scores in the fourth quarter when you add all year has been confirming that darvin ham has moved the fourth quarter option from LeBron and add to LeBron and Austin Reeves now I'm supposed to be a bucket in the fourth quarter.
