Doesn't matter. Caleb has far more potential than Fields. Justin was on the last year of a rookie deal and was due to be paid. Instead we have a better rookie cheap for 3 years and money for other players. Poles just ignored the offensive line. Now we are paying for it. I supported Fields until that final game against the packers last year. He failed miserably. The coaches should have been gone as well. We should have had Harbaugh, Bellichek or another coach this season. It's not Caleb.

@@chrisk3405Justin in year 2 had that offense scoring 24-30 for like 7 weeks with arguably a worse OL, just as bad if not worse coaching, no resemblance of a WR1 or WR2, and the defense letting up 33+ week in and week out. Caleb is only getting the slight pass cus he’s a rookie, but if he stay like this he better get crucified the same way Justin was. As a Bears fan, this is nothing new. The Bears are cursed, and continue to make half-assed moves. I seen it with Mitch, Justin, and now Caleb. Bears could have started over but chose to keep Eburflus and got a "mediocre" coordinator in Waldron. The Bears will forever be stuck in the 40s cuz thats how they think.

But I thought Justin Fields was the problem?

I am just glad we drafted Jayden and hired Kliff so thank you Chicago for your incompetence. That’s all!

You still got a head coach who is known for blowing leads just like he did in the Super Bowl. Just wait…

Lmao very incompetent franchise I'm happy Jayden Daniels avoided this bs.

2 different QBs and the same results. It’s the coaching & front office.

The excuses made for Caleb is crazy he was not that great in college I watch him make these same mistakes against the good teams he just played really goood against the bad teams

Williams having the exact same problems as Fields.. maybe the coaching is trash?

Chicago doesn't know how to develop quarterbacks period. Doesn't have an offensive line. Should have kept JF..period

So pleased I found this podcast it's a game changer for me. Was struggling to find something after the end of around the NFL. But this and heed the call have made midweeks more bearable 😂
@chrisdelfyett2644Күн бұрын
Should have stuck with Justin Fields

Caleb plays exactly like Sam Howell

Sam threw for 4k yards. Not happening for Caleb

His college style does not transfer to NFL! MAYE is closer to Mahomes style QB!
@scoesixtray2457Күн бұрын
Tbt, all of the things Caleb Williams isn't doing, he wasn't doing POST HEISMAN, and PRO DAY. Hence, there's zero "regression" and zero improvements.

They didnt address the O-Line. This is the same issue Daniel Jones has

Y'all must've forgotten QB Jamarcus Russell of the Oakland Raiders...not even close! Remember...it's only 10 games. Let's wait until the season is over.

Caleb isn’t a leader. It’s that simple.

Jones is dead on. He’s not making mistakes but he’s not making plays either.

Acho knows that the system the QB is in, and the coaching he gets is more important than talent. Daniels, Bo Nix have good coaches teaching them and developing them. Chicago ruins young QBs. Caleb needs a talented offensive coach and he will be fine.

caleb is used to his receivers having space but there will almost never be space in the nfl he has to trust his nice receivers

As a Seahawks fan I was beyond happy when Shane Waldron was fired from Seattle. Caleb deserves another year. He’s definitely shown flashes of being great.

Caleb will be better next year once he gets a new coach/coordinator..!
@richardgonzales3562Күн бұрын
Not the way Chicago hires Coaches. When was the last great coach they've had? Also....people forget the O line. They went out and got him the flashy toys at WR. Run blocking and pass protection are two different skill sets for OL.
@kw882Күн бұрын
Probably not.. Chicago's never going to another Superbowl so it really doesn't matter 🥱
@stanrock8015Күн бұрын
Good question. Idk if it’s Caleb or the Bears tho
@Black1Rob_Күн бұрын
Depends...How do you feel about Justin Fields? Was it him, or the Bears? If they both are horrible, then you have to say it's the Bears.
@MasterZhaoКүн бұрын
It's definitely the Bears. Their coaching is trash, and has been since Lovie got shown the door.
@Messigoat1033Күн бұрын
If he was playing good and Forsure were gone call him the best first round QB we seen so far then it’s far to call it the other way which he has been very disappointing.
