Being Champions is more of a team thing in football. Basketball can be dominated by individuals more than football can be. You need defense to win championships in the NFL. Michael Jordan could play his own defense. Aaron can't play his own defense. Talent is talent. Many not so good QBs won superbowls because of the team.

He did all that, on what was considered the second worst franchise in the league(Bucs being the worst at that time.)
