Yazi, this one is talking smart English only, the idea of a smart city won't work because you are eradicating rural communities in an African state where the majority of our poor population has no land right. The real question is who will benefit from these smart cities. The State Bank is critical, but the ANC will not implement this idea in this lifetime, not with cadres holding shares in private banks. First, fix the LAND BANK, POST BANK, and all the collapsing SOEs, then we might consider your suggestions.
