It would be nice, if there were at least one of the inductances for the ferrite transformer given. The number of windings of the coils does not specify the transformer sufficiently. Alternatively you can also specify the ferrite transformer core you have used.

RD is R2 which in this case is 22Ohms. It sets the dead time and partially determines the oscillator frequency. It can be anywhere from 22-500Ohms, the larger the less the max duty cycle. Too big a value will reduce the maximum power output.
