the resident evil data book (that covers 0-Code Veronica) implicates that Claire A/Leon B is in fact correct.

If you referring to the book Resident Evil Archives, then yes. The portion covering RE2's story has Claire's A and Leon's B story. In addition, in RE6, Sherry's healing abilities is a reference to experiments done on her as a result of something that happens in this story (no spoilers for the six people watching this who don't already know the story).

It isn't that shocking to me. Leon obviously had to be pretty skilled to be a cop, even if he was more of a beat cop compared to Chris and Jill, with their being in S.T.A.R.S., so seeing him really amp it up from his federal training in Resident Evil 4's time is no big whoop.

@@shawnfields266 At least there's that, and she also was featured in a Resident Evil manga in her role with Terra Save. While Claire doesn't battle much as her brother or Leon, she still does do what she can when the situation arises, like in Revelations 2 when trying to help herself and Moira survive.

the Gamecube version is a port of the duel shock version not the Dreamcast version the Dreamcast version is a PC port hence the use windows CE in the Dreamcast version. the reason the gamecube version looks nicer is because of the use of the gamecubes ATI graphics filters and upscaling

It's explained. Prior to the outbreak, the streets were too filled with the monsters for the survivors to try to get out. Plus, the city was in quarantine.

In the frist Resident Evil movie the lickers had no name at all all the queen said was when it eats fresh human dna it becomes a stronger, faster hunter. She wasnt calling it a hunter just that it hunts even better now when it evolved. Even the props are called mutated licker head etc.
