Super Mario 3D World _desperately_ needs a Switch port. I mean, we have a game that uses the same engine (Captain Toad Treasure Tracker), a game that contains 3D World assets (Super Mario Maker 2), and now I don’t see why 3D World wouldn’t get ported.

Give it some additional stuff too, like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe did for the Switch when ported from the Wii U. Like maybe add some more playable characters like, say, Wario, Waluigi and Toadette, some new levels, etc.

11:25 Sprawling Savanna is my Favorite Level in the game. I LOVE the giant open area in the middle of the level and when I first played the level I asked myself "why cant we have a mario game thats massive and open like this? where all the objectives are just in a huge open area and the challenge comes from figuring out how to get to each one without going through pipes or paintings." Then we got Bowsers Fury in the HD re-release of this game and I never looked back.

like, i swear i've heard sprawling savannah in some other game before, there's just something so familiar about it. i feel like i could make a national geographic or animal planet joke out of the part where they're just dicking around trying to find the last green star, "at this moment we see three mushroom kingdom giant cats scouring the savannah in search of a green star, their pack is neither matriarchal or patriarchal, as such they need a certain crown to dictate who leads them, otherwise, everything might be thrown into chaos, there's also what seems to be a mushroom kingdom resident blue toad with them, i'm not sure why he's there, but i hope he gets eaten."
