No John, you're kinda wrong on Sakura's Ultras. As a Sakura user, (She's my main, btw.) she has 3 somewhat ultras, if you wanna be technical with her. Her first, Haru Ranman, is executed (1/4 circle 1/4 circle all punch,) her second Ultra, Shinku Hado(u)ken, (aiming straight, 1/4 circle 1/4 circle all punch,) and her third Ultra, Shinku Tengyo Hado(u)ken, (aiming upwards, 1/4 circle 1/4 circle all kick.) Actually Matt, the EX series has some interesting parallels with IV. EX's guard-break mechanic has some similarities to IV's focus-attack mechanic for example what with both making opponents enter a crumble-state when hit along with the ability to cancel certain animations.
