I'm still watching your vid, but I think you should add "waste" time, like you need to add waste glass for a project. The pressure of time takes the joy out of being creative and loving the process. Besides, the more you do it, the faster you'll become. I don't think glass selection should ever be part of the price. If you had the customer choose the glass, you definitely wouldn't charge them to stand there and look for the colors they wanted. This is a good video to learn what it takes to put your toe in the water of fabrication for profit. People will be very surprised. I know I was when I spoke with several stained glass artists about it. Keep up the great content!

I would definitely time the making f the pattern and picking out the color scheme. It all goes in with the making of the piece.

We also don't have airplants here in ohio. Succulents are popular though, can you come up with a Succulent planter of some sort ?

You have that red toolbox/drawers in the background. What are those called?

A good search term is Flat File. They are usually used to store blueprints.

@kevinnorthrup8485 Seems to have the correct term although I don't know what they built it for originally. This was from a school that taught stained glass and they kept their glass in it.

@StainedGlassDIY in my experience, a lot of tools and storage techniques in art are borrowed from other industries. Definitely true in the live event space as well.

I have to say you are not happy doing stained glass you continually come across as very negative in your videos
