did you know that hound was trained to be a massif, basically a dog, handler? He had a Massif named Grizzer who helped him track down people, most notably Ahsoka Tano. He sported the Phase II version of the ARF trooper armor, as well as a kama to hold two DC-17 hand blasters.

You could have described the palpatine troops as loyalists/ judicial forces or had senate gaurds, but yes the majority of the Republic and separatist forces where non clone militarys during the Clone Wars
