Where in Biliran? I've been to Biliran in Mapuyo, the town after Kawayan, I've been to a lot of beaches specifically in Leyte and Cebu but the best beach ever was in Mapuyo Biliran, it had no cottages, undeveloped and the seafloor was made of stones, the water was super clear and the beach was a rocky place, I always wonder how it looks now, I went there way back in the 90s , I'm currently in Cebu and the beaches here are nice, but that one secret beach in Biliran is still number 1 in my heart

I think its called tulingan? And i google it says that Tulingan is a type of bonito fish that is high in omega-3 and acids. It has a deeply forked tail, vertical stripes on its back, and a small, velvety scale. Tulingan is commonly found in tropical and temperate seas, where it swims in schools across the ocean. You really do have to bleed them first best way is to cut out one gill and let them swim in the bait tank. Pumps the blood out and lightens the flesh considerably.

Thats skipjack tuna. Best choice for a tuna because of its low mercury levels compared to Yellowfin and Albacore.
