I think it's about twins that share same body. They were then separated but it took 1 of the twin's life. The other twin who still alive felt bad for that and trying to make her twin "live" with her by transplanting her twin's organ into her body. But instead, the experiment caused that organ took over her body. At least that what I understand.

As my understanding from this video is There were 2 twin sisters of Lawsons family named ivy and edith ,it was rumored that they won't survive long so the family finally made the surgery and after the surgery Edith suffered from infection and passed away , ivy became disabled and then she traveled across country to study in school and there she studied something like SOUL SCIENCE , it is a science in which something is like changing minds with people or removing soul from body etc and she once got deep into it she started to have amnesia and lucid dreams , in her lucid dreams she is saying that she is getting possessed by a alien like creature with 3 eyes , she thinks it as a gift for the guilty of her sister's death and at last she says my body becomes the vessel means she got fully passed by the alien or simply she swaped her mind with the diety god THE YITH
