Yeah usually it's One Piece, Naruto, and Bleach when the Big 3 is brought up and rightfully so, since their mangas/anime where basically running the early/mid 2000's and DB had already ended in the 90's. DB is basically in a league of it's own, just like you said, the grandfather of the 3.

Yeah, excluding Dragon Ball from the big 3 isn't a disrespect thing. It just preceded them so it's more like it's the dad or granddad of shonen, while One Piece, Naruto and Bleach all started and became popular at roughly the same time. They are the big three, but Dragon Ball is their daddy, LOL.

I’m loving the fact that they’re upgrading the bleach line because it honestly feels necessary to heve effect pieces. Bleach got some of the best effects in manga and anime In my opinion, glad this figure did great . Nice review Ace.

Or so we used to, I rarely see anyone nowadays call them that whenever a new crossover art of these four drops. But if I had to go with 3, it would be Goku,Luffy, and Naruto. Faces are indeed swappable, and I think that's the reason why his yelling face here is a more "neutral" one since the first Ichigo was like a super enraged screaming face. The knees also are slightly redesigned and have slightly better range compared to the other ones. His hair is completely new, it's a completely new sculpt and allows the head to move with total freedom. The torso can actually crunch a bit farther if you move the soft straps over the skirt piece(granted, in the long run, they will stretch out if you keep him like that). I LIFEEEEE this figure. Hes absolutely my favorite figure ever.

Got mine a few days back along with the sage mode Naruto. Man I love this Ichigo. Also he was available on hobby Genki for a long ass time although I pre ordered immediately I peeped he was still not sold out months later. Hope people buy him. Side note nah the head sculpt on this Ichigo is a bit different but can still swap with the old one although the hair is a different color.

I've been watching Bleach and I'm contemplating whether I want to get into the line or not. This figure is dope! I dig how they went about the equipping of parts without having a peg or hole in the figure. A warriors style Bleach game would be dope. I'm still waiting for Pirate Warriors 5 though. I hope this line continues after that new Ichigo they're going to announce because it's crazy that Bleach didn't have a major figure line before Figuarts.

9:34 that piece if for his getsuga jujisho (cross getsuga tenshou) its for the bottom of the cross where it has a hole you can insert it. Idk why they needed to add that piece. So when it comes to a Big 3 it’s just called that because Naruto Bleach and OP came out around the same time and where doing NUMBERS manga wise. Dragonball was finished at the time so most people consider it the father of the big three rather than it being in the big three.

I am always sold on the things you review but i just cant find a good way to get them because I live in South Africa, so i have no good way of importing any figure and there are no good places for me to buy them in this country at all! "The big 3" was a term coined in the anime community specifically for Bleach, Naruto and One Piece, because at the time, those three were the ones who were holding it down for ShonenJump simultaneously, both in Manga sales, anime ratings, or just sheer popularity, hence the name. Although DBZ's popularity never left, the series itself was already over around the time the big 3 were on the rise and in their prime form. Folks will always have their opinions on their own big 3, but in a discussion about "THE Big 3", it only belongs to those three series that earned the name.

Big 3 is not a thing we can choose, is a title given to the 3 mangas that “saved” shonen jump magazine in the 2000s which were: bleach, naruto and one piece. People on the internet keep on fighting about putting their favorites on the b3 as if we, as westerns, had a word on this. Dragon Ball is the “father” of shonen as we know and is responsible for the success anime has made in western countries, but it is not part of the big 3

We're not past that at all. If they don't do better they're gonna keep collecting dust until they get price cuts. With my Collection in storage due to moving I only have recently released figures like Sage Mode Naruto, Romance Dawn Luffy and This Ichigo. And boy is this thing so fire. Naruto is never surviving this execution. Shippuden absolutely sold everything part one had in favor of cooler concepts and villians. A show where the main female character is completely dependent on another main character for growth which still goes nowhere is not good enough to survive. Wano is an atrocious arc that is far too long and is a complete waste of time except for the beginning and tail end. It definitely ain’t making it. Bleach is goated. Too bad Heuco Mundo is too dang long and Fake Karakura feels like underwhelming filler. Final Arc in the manga is the saddst manga story alive but the anime saved it so back on top. Dragon Ball>>>>>>>>all the trash you mentioned. Big 3 is still Naruto, Bleach and One Piece though. Big 3 refers to the top 3 best selling manga after dragon balls ending.

From what i’ve watched from beginning to the newest or ended in 4 of this anime The only one anime that if *must* be deleted, would be . . . Bleach Why ? Honestly Bleach was a good anime to watch for me, BUT what i hate about it is the god damn filler arc, i know some of it are good, but there’s so many filler episodes that got me bored to death, like the fucking bount arc But what i like most about Bleach is the soundtrack, like goddamn, Bleach is like top 1 out of these 4 anime have best soundtrack for me, top 2 would be Naruto, top 3 is One Piece and top 4 Dragon Ball Bleach has such a cool character art style glow up from the start to the end, like look at Ichigo, He’s cold as Toushiro Bankai Daiguren Hyourinmaru, and also Bleach has some of the best female character design, like i’m down bad for Yoruichi, she’s a must or die
