Hey shartimus, in the movie he doesn’t have the golden wrist gauntlets. So you can actually take them off that’s what I did with mine and it actually helps with putting the webs on the wrist peg plus it makes it more movie accurate

The S.H. Figuarts Black and Gold suit gives you a neck piece for this figure since that one has an unmasked head of its own. Basically they want you to buy both so you can feel like this figure is complete.

I hate when companies do that. They release figures based on concept arts and with no accessories because they know desperate people will buy. But know six months from now, they'll release an movie accurate figure with swappable heads and accessories, just to milk the hell out of it.

This dropped in Japan (where I live) for ¥3000 ($25), which is crazy cheap for a S.H.Figuarts. I absolutely love it, and considering it's a similar price to a Marvel Legends, with better quality plastic, better paint app, and better articulation, I find it hard to complain about it.

Idk looking closely at the size comparison for the Figuarts (6:32), the Intigrated suit DOES look taller than the Homecoming Tech one, but only just a tad bit. Not just by the head but by the waist also.

A channel called "Toys Mind" showed that you can put just the Tom Holland head (From Iron Spider) on the integrated suit's neck that comes with the figure, I haven't received mine so I don't know how he did it, but hopefully this helps...

Not exactly the homecoming tech suit, homemade suit, upgraded suit and the endgame iron spider all have unique sculpts the only problem is that Bandai is just reusing the upgraded suit and iron spider suit body sculpts for their NWH figures
