I suggest Lego having a playground for the kids. Here, there are a lot of Lego bits and pieces, a large pile of them. With entrance charges. There are samples. And part time staffs, one or two is hired, to make model during the peak time. They are the ones who came and play, and could design and come out with artistic model. They may be 16 years old or younger. Meaning, they get to play to get pay, both at the same time. They don't need to pay entrance charges, but being paid only with minimum wages. And there are new Legos sold here too. This is to encourage the kids to be creative and innovative. And here, all the used Lego is bought, then washed and recycled as toys again. The price is by weight. About 2 % of the selling price.
