I have been deeply affected by Sheikh Al Haj - Wallah he I love him for the sake of Allah , I know he has left us but I am not sure that why myself as a an average believer from UK is drawn to him so deeply, I have been searching him over the internet about his life. Anyone who knows more about him , I would love to talk to him. JazakAllah Khair

(May Allah shower him in mercy and grant him Jen'nat Al Firdose 🤲🏽. I will tell others who don't about this salaat insha'Allah and we will all share the benefits of this great act of Ibadh insha'Allah

This sounds quite similar to the way of an-Nawawi , pure wara’ and zuhd .

The real ahl al tassawuf were very flexible........ for example sheikh ahmadou bamba was very much an orthodox in terms of quran and sunnah, but also he read other litanies, from different turuq... he was not constrained like some of the turuq today
