長野善光寺門前そばの藤木庵さんの紹介です 藤木庵さんは善光寺表参道の大門に位置し1827年開業の歴史あるお蕎麦屋さんです 国内産の蕎麦の実を挽いた贅沢な蕎麦粉で 喉越しが良くもっちりとした歯ごたえで人気のあります 出汁は鰹を自店で削り季節によっては鯖を加え 利尻昆布を使用し蕎麦も汁ものこだわっています Introducing Fujikian near Zenkoji Temple gate. Fujikian is a historic soba restaurant that opened in 1827 and is located at the main gate of Zenkoji Omotesando. Made with luxurious buckwheat flour made from domestically grown buckwheat flour. It is popular for its chewy texture that goes down easily. For the soup stock, we shave the bonito in-house and add mackerel depending on the season. We use Rishiri kelp to make both the soba and soup.
