近藤新八段。B1には７９期から参加。現在４０勝２３敗で勝率は０．６３５。あと２戦残しで、勝った場合は０．６４６。負けた場合は０．６１５。生涯の勝率が０．６６１だから、概ね他棋戦と同じ様なペースで勝てている。 次戦は三浦九段。勝って最終戦で糸谷八段とA級ではどっちが順位が上か勝負しましょ、と。 その三浦九段は残り２戦を勝てても上位の結果待ち。ザックリと羽生世代、A級経験者、九段と言う縛りだと今や羽生、佐藤、そして三浦九段しか居ない。誰が最後まで持ち堪えるか、も嫌らしい見方。
