Pantera pretty much saved metal. First time I heard this record, it blew my mind on so many levels... It was still thrash, but at the same time, it was groovy as all hell. Dimebag's best tone, no doubt.

His tone is so sick and I'm glad no one will ever be able to replicate it. This album is great for when I'm in an angry/sad kind of mood. Punch shit to "mouth for war" and curl up to "hollow" and everything in-between. It's beautiful

Is fukn amazing and that’s all that can be said . Bought it when I was 13 when it came out and it got me through some tough times (as well as some other new awesomeness from around that time period)
