I prefer this kind of baklava: Melt the butter. Prepare all the ingredients for the filling in a suitably large bowl. Grease the baking pan with butter and place the first layer of dough. Cover with butter again and place another layer of dough. Then we spread part of the filling all over the pan. Cover this with a layer of dough and brush with butter. The procedure is repeated (approximately 6 times). Finish with two layers of dough. Be sure to coat each layer of dough with butter. Before baking, cut the baklava into pieces of any size. Bake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees. While baking, prepare the topping: boil water and add sugar and honey. Add lemon juice. Take the browned baklava out of the oven and immediately pour the dressing over it. The baklava should rest for at least 12 hours so that it soaks well. Cut it again before serving.
