今回お邪魔したのは神奈川県川崎市にあるデリスタスエヒロさん。
手作り弁当のお店で、お弁当お惣菜大賞2021で優秀賞を受賞するなど、テレビなどでも何度も取り上げられたお店です。
地元の野菜をなるべく使い、調味料にもこだわっておられます。

I couldn't believe hearing Brazilian popular music in the background. The owner or the manager must be a sophisticated listener. But then again, Japan is a fertile performing ground for many foreign music artists because the local population often appreciates their art more than the general public in their countries of origin. I'd sure like to visit that store for the food that looks very promising.

They probably don’t get many foreign tourists there, but when people go to another country, their products and merchandise isn’t in the tourists language. If it looks good, just pick it out and try it. There’s also Apps for language translations you can try. I used one to help me read another language and it helped a lot.

Its so weird how nothing is refrigerated and its all just left out on the tables. Do people not get food poisoning there or bacteria on food from not being properly cooled or heated before purchased and eaten?

Well I am 57 and I never have had food poisoning from those Osozai and Bento so far. But of course we have food poisoning once in a while. Interesting thing is that we have most food poisoning in fall not summer.

They must sell them on that day, so One hour before they close the shop All the prices will be half. Lots of people wait for that moment. You never get food poisoning there If you follow the instructions written on the package

They package it while hot, it’s better to cool food down before you refrigerate it as if you don’t that can cause bacteria and issues with food poisoning. After it has sat for a while if they have leftovers they probably store it. But considering how much they prepared they definitely will sell out the product.
