⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 薯仔肉碎豆腐煲 材料: 免治豬肉1磅 薯仔(細)4個 豆腐(煎炸)2盒 蔥1條 處理: 1. 豬肉調味: a. 生粉1湯匙 b. 油1茶匙 c. 鹽少許 d. 糖1湯匙 e. 生抽1茶匙 f. 胡椒粉適量 撈勻。 2. 豆腐,切一舊舊。 3. 薯仔,去皮,1開3。 4. 蔥,切大粒。 5. 預備芡汁: a. 蠔油半湯匙 b. 生抽1茶匙 c. 蒜蓉1茶匙 d. 糖半茶匙 e. 生粉1茶匙 加入清水300毫升,攪勻。 6. 預備好煲仔。 烹調: 1. 蒜蓉,慢火在煲仔內燒熱。 2. 加入薯仔,撈勻。 3. 聞到薯仔香味,加入豆腐。 4. 加入芡汁,大火煲滾5分鐘。 5. 檢查一下薯仔是否已炆腍。 6. 加入豬肉丸,冚蓋,滾5分鐘。 7. 加入適量生粉芡,大火滾起。 8. 灑上蔥粒或芫荽碎。 9. 完成,可享用。 Tofu claypot with potatoes and meatballs Ingredients: Minced pork 1 lb Potatoes (small) 4 Nos. Garlic sauce, heat up at low flame in the pot. 2. Add in potatoes, mix well. 3. Add in tofu once you feel the good smell of potatoes. 4. Add in the sauce. Heat up at high flame. Boil it at high flame for 5 minutes. 5. Check if the potatoes have been softly braised. 6. Add in meatballs, cover up the pot. Boil for 5 minutes. 7. Add in appropriate amount of tapioca sauce.
