Imagine how difficult it is to assemble 6 of the 8 members of an Olympic final, 2 weeks after the Olympics. Just to settle the question of what might have been if Sha'Carri hadn't deliberately sabotaged her Tokyo Olympic appearance. Jamaicans are cool people from what I've seen. They seem to be hard workers and determined. Not to take away from US athletes but other countries seem to work harder and not expect wins to be handed down. She's good but needs to continue to work at it. We all gotta keep working for our dreams. If you're gonna talk the talk be willing to work for the walk. I often find myself cheering on the Jamaican runners as well as African countries runners. They can RUN!

Black Americans do not do outdoor activities like they use to.. People my age grew up outdoors all day running and playing, kids these days in our country don’t.. They are not as physically active as us, so by nature athletically it has been a drop in our athletes. Flo jo and american women still holds the record remember that..Still to this day Black Americans have better overall athletes, boxing, MMA, basketball,tennis, gymnastics, baseball,football and many more. Jamaicans can have sprinting right now.

Obviously Elaine & Shelly are fast as hell, but I think that diet plays a HUGE role as well. What them girls eat in Jamaica is unprocessed straight from the ground type food. The type of carbs they eat is not potato or pasta. Yam, banana, dasheen, okra, steam fish dem kinda thing deh is HIGH QUALITY food for any athlete. Period!

Track and Field is no joke if you miss 1 week of training you're slower, if you miss a race you 've lost confidence if you miss one competition without training seriously you're out ^^ I think Shacarri have to focus in herself and the next saison she will come back at her level this race for WR is not over :)

I feel like it’s the hair, nails, makeup slowing her down. Yes I know other great runners have done it but Sha Carri is not on that level for all of that yet. She also seems super tiny compared to the other ladies, who are way more muscular than her. You can tell she hasn’t been training. And the 6th fastest lol that can definitely be taken away by a faster woman. That’s what this sport is about. She sounds crazy
