Jamaicans are cool people from what I've seen. They seem to be hard workers and determined. Not to take away from US athletes but other countries seem to work harder and not expect wins to be handed down. She's good but needs to continue to work at it. Black Americans do not do outdoor activities like they use to.. People my age grew up outdoors all day running and playing, kids these days in our country don’t.. They are not as physically active as us, so by nature athletically it has been a drop in our athletes. Obviously Elaine & Shelly are fast as hell, but I think that diet plays a HUGE role as well. What them girls eat in Jamaica is unprocessed straight from the ground type food. The type of carbs they eat is not potato or pasta. Yam, banana, dasheen, okra, steam fish dem kinda thing deh is HIGH QUALITY food for any athlete. Period!
