Squid (കൂന്തൽ / കണവ) - 650 gm
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - 3 Tablespoons
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - ½ Teaspoon
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 1½ Inch Piece
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 10 Cloves
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 2 Nos
Onion (സവോള) - 1 No (125 gm)
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 20 Nos
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1½ Teaspoon
Coriander Powder (മല്ലിപ്പൊടി) - ¾ Tablespoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder (കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) - 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 2 Sprigs
Water (വെള്ളം) - ¼ Cup (60 ml)
Lime Juice (നാരങ്ങാനീര്) - 1 Teaspoon
Crushed Pepper (കുരുമുളകുപൊടി) - 1 Teaspoon
