Your videos are very crisp and clear....I have tried rava dosa multiple no. times...1st dosa become perfect...all are failed after 2nd/ 3rd dosa onwards..rava starts becoming soft/gelly while pan over heats.. And it will stick to thava...this one I will try...

Rava Dosa is great with Sambar. Great video. Thank you for posting. TIP: If you don't have roasted Rava (semolina/farina) and Rice flour, mix the two and roast it on a dry pan, add a little garlic powder, crushed black pepper, a teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder to season it, salt to taste, if you want additional flavor.

Tried it and it is so tasty😍 only one thing I would say its actually a time taking recipe. As Shan said, it will take minimum 5 minutes for each dosa. So when I did it for 5 members in ma home, it took almost 3 hours (including batter preparation).. But its a tasty dish. Thanks Shan😍
