Now Kush got killed off, everyone suddenly saying they liked him lol. I hated him after this storyline...He cheated with his wife's best mate and knocked her up while his wife suffered a stillbirth. Sorry but that's unforgivable in my books. She made the right choice leaving him. Yes Shabnam has a daughter with Dean but this happened years ago so it's not like she cheated.

In Islam, only a male member can declare a divorce. A woman can ask to be set free, but if the husband refuses then she can consult a mufti who can declare it on her behalf. There is a reason why only a male member can declare it, but it's too long for me to explain.....

@Spiritedfairieworld yes and he’s wrong. Women can ask for divorce but it has to be serious situations and not petty reasons. So if he’s abusive in any way or cheated she can get divorced he can’t keep her
