20 years ago there was a boy who loved me. We tried our love and our love tried us.. he couldn't take the breakup and headed for Vegas in his Chevy. He got arrested and called my dad for bail. I went to visit him after a year.. and I'm so glad I did.. we drove the edge of the city away from the lights and people just enjoying every second of our company.. listening to music.. laughing.. crying. He struggled with addictions and died in 2013 (along with his sister and father).. it's been 10 years without him and I still think of us in Vegas ❤ just driving in his Chevy. I miss you sweet boy.. Damn I lost the Love of My Life this past August. So reading this while listening to his song hit a little harder than I expected. And it’s crazy because I just saved one of his songs with the caption “How’s the view from Heaven?
