Before I went on birth control, I had periods twice a month at least. Considering that they were held in such bad conditions, it's entirely possible that they developed a condition like that... And it's entirely possible that their periods ended due to being underweight as well.

I saw a documentary about this and it was her sister explaining everything. The sister said that the mother was so kind and always there for her when they were younger but she just snapped and the mother’s sister noticed that the mother was supervising her children more than usual- too much actually. I’m so sorry for those kids and I don’t think they’ll be able to recover from that trauma.

Well, I'm not sure if this is true or right but if my memory serves me correctly if you're jobless and have children you get to have child support from the government, each kid gets their own 'support' as in money, so basically you get more money depending if you have tons of kids.
