Thank you for the great video! I'm a mechanical moron but, with the help of your video, I was able to take off the BMW mounts and attach the Shad mounts in less than an hour! I love the look on my 2017 R1200R!

Just fitted the exhaust side pannier mount. My r1250 has a nut welded to the exhaust to you dont use the included nut and washer. However the manual says the mount should be on the inside of the exhaust mount. Mine only fits on the outside of the exhaust mount (just like your video). Rubbish instructions.
