Does this seat feels higher than the stock one when you ride the bike

no its almost exactly the same as stock.

Did it come with the rubber pieces & the metal latch?

I fitted a Shad seat recently to my MT-09, and the seat doesn't come with the rubber bungs or metal latches. You have to transfer them from the old seat to the new one. Hope that helps.

So is it much more comfortable than stock?

its not as plush as i though it would , but the big difference is that you dont slide as much and on a long ride you dont feel hot spots like the stock one.It's on the long term that you realise the changes.
