Shad Sh34 mounting on CF moto 650 Adventura. With luggage rack mounting also Shad.

How to mount Shad luggage rack and Shad SH34 on a CF Moto 650 Adventura. Ordered from Amazon and Ebay from a company out of Italy called Brixiamoto. Took quite some time to finally arrive as would be expected.

I don't mind filing to get a good fit. The other alternative is the possibility of a loose fit that rattles like crazy. I guess you could use a little foam tape to tighten the fit if it was loose.

Hi, I'm jan from Belgium, i bought last year an mt mine is with the old dashpanel. I also bought them shad rack and shad sh 48 topbox. All installed by my official dealer. From the 4 bolts 2 are well installed the 2 others closest to the fueltank are loose. I took the rack back off the bike because it's not safe to drive this way. I don't see any solution to turn these 2 bolts in the bike, the frame is just under the whole where the bolt should go in. I will go back to the dealer to see what is his comment. Is it possible he sold me the wrong rack ?

Hello. Where do you put the sticker? Mine doesn't have the sticker. And the space from the rear light to the fitting is touching

Mine came with that, fairly thick, foam sticker. Finding a replacement foam sticker might not be too hard. I put it on before I started recording.

If the case and mounting plate was made for each other, why did it not latch on and you had to sand down to make fit? The new rack shouldn’t have made a difference.

It's probably hard for the manufacturer to make them fit perfectly every time. Sanding down the nubs to get the perfect fit is ideal because if it was a little loose it would rattle around on the rack and then you'd have to shim it up somehow. This is the better choice IMO.

Hi. I want to order this one. Does the case cover lock with the key or key only lock the case on the motorcycle?

I believe it locks both at the same time. I've never locked it so I'm not 100% sure.

Maybe you're used to the fast paced "Like and subscribe and ring that bell and join my patreon, and onlyfans and buy my merch." Type of videos. I have No script, no rehearsals, no editing just one take and you get what you get. And if you are having trouble sleeping I'm sure some ASMR/white noise/beach scene would be better.
