Coffee is omnipresent in our daily lives, but do we know where it comes from and how it is harvested and produced? Shade grown coffee is a vital part of the coffee-growing process that impacts not just the beans themselves, but the entire ecosystem they grow in. The documentary takes us on a journey through South America to discover the sustainable coffee farming, from Nicaragua, through El Salvador and Panama.
