To be honest, i have really been dissapointed with Baba Okoya's actions pertaining to his treatment of Alhaja Kuburat after marrying Shade. He would practically ignore Alhaja Kuburat at parties and relegate her to the background. Even the MC would recognize Shade and ignore Alhaja. Shade too, would be all over Baba . It was embarrasing. It's only recently that i observed that Baba now relates more with Alhaja Kuburat. Alhaja and the older wives were all working in the factory and helped Eleganza to become a household name.

After marrying Sade, he changed the narrative and said the first wife didnt help him. Because of a woman!! What will he tell his God when he faces judgement! Why can’t some men think always with their brains. His older children were there and worked in eleganza factories from childhood. Built the business with him. His old friends should intervene now.
