Indeed, she is a lady I respect, very wise and humble, she is not those types of lady that have the traits of Omo ti ori Ola ri, and you will know from her children. Also what I admired in her is the statement that mama the first wife is a mother to her; she is a woman that has home training and also a practical of home training, good woman, and come to think of it she got married at a very young age, GOD will always be with you and your family

Listening to this interview with Sade Okoye; it has changed my perspective of her. I see her as someone that knows what she wants and go for them. Also respect for people and her Husband in particular. The younger generation should learn from her not necessarily marrying an older man but even if you marry your mate. Give your man respect. Put all you have in your marriage. Don’t allow gossip and people opinion affect you. My advise to her, please teach all your children these values

Awesome! Well done Chief (Mrs) Shade Okoya! I thought I'm the only weird person that eats a bowl of hot Eba at 01h00 in the morning. I do that because I also like working when most people are sleeping and most times I sleep around 06h00 when most people are waking up! Keep up the excellent works and please continue giving our Chairman his delicious Amala! He should also try eating a bowl of hot Iyan too around 01h00 in the morning! He'll enjoy it! 😁😂🤣👍

What is up with Nigerians and this adoration of humility? It's the one characteristic that Nigerians truly appreciate. It is equated to being a good person and the comment section is rife with "I love this person now" or I love this person even more" just because they appear humble after watching a few minutes clip. What I took from this interview is that she understands how to make her marriage work. She is sacrificing alot for her marriage. She is putting in a whole lot and according to her it seems its alot more one sided. However it seems she is content. I guess it helps that there is financial comfort.

Money has an important role to play in a marriage, surprisingly no one is talking that now, we all can not be delusional, truth is bitter, the rest is story.
@svkkonsultsinc.20664 жыл бұрын
There are so many marriages with money that are still going their separate ways . Caroline Danjuma married an older man with money., they are separated. Bottom line is money is good but it does not mean it kept the marriage she put in a lot of work.

I find it interesting that there was no mention of the other wives in the marriage in this interview. So, for people who don't know, they will think she's in a monogamous marriage which I think is a little deceptive - not sure why though. All the same I find Shade Okoya and her girls very interesting.
@femim.47964 жыл бұрын
She actually mentioned "Big mummy", "Àwøn ti mo ba nle". So where's the "deception"?
@aboutbusinessknowledge56754 жыл бұрын
@@femim.4796 "big mummy" is not the same as saying co- wives. If I did not know her I will think she's married to an older man as his only wife. It is obvious that the her marriage was packaged in this video/interview to look like a monogamous marriage. She talked about going home everyday to cook for her husband which cannot be true because in a polygamy, the wives take turns to be with the "husband".
@svkkonsultsinc.20664 жыл бұрын
aboutbusiness Knowledge What else do you want her to say. She said she has her space, her husband and herself live alone with their kids. You do not know the dynamics of their home. Yes it might be polygamy but they actually live as one man one woman with kids. Big mummy is the most senior that still lives with chairman but in her own space. Enjoy the grace and pleasure of this interview and don’t be a winner or sadistic about other people’s life

I like this lady! She’s done well for herself. She went into her marriage really young with an older man and settled well into that lifestyle. No trying to live the young life. She accepted it and she’s content with it no ojukokoro. No wonder Mama Okoya fell in love with her and took her as a daughter. This is the kind of Iyawo I could easily get along with. Like me, I have older friends and I truly appreciate them because of the wisdom they share with me.

When people challenge you that you can't do it right, prove them wrong, work so hard and succeed. I learnt that for a long time. Even if it is a mistake, accept your faith, work hard, dont slack and dance to people's tune of faliure. Funke akindele did that, toyin abraham did that. They proved the world wrong. Davido couldn't give us that for now anyways. May God help us all.
