Shadestone Skulker Literally BREAKS Hearthstone?! NEW Mini Set is HERE!!!

The goal of this Wild Hearthstone Showdown in the Badlands Delve into Deepholm Deathrattle Rogue OTK combo deck is to use Shadestone Skulker combined with Umbra! We do this by playing Snowfall Graveyard and Necrium Blade. Then, we play Umbra, any deathrattle minion and Shadestone Skulker. This will cause an infinite loop for the OTK! Super fun meme deck! A small request. When introducing the deck, could you hover over the combo cards a bit longer. I enjoy watching your videos, but since I'm out of the loop of Hearthstone in general, I like to read the cards. It's hard to pause the video for just that one second you hover over them, and I often have to rewind to see them properly. Especially when watching on mobile

(1) Leper Gnome 2/1 Deathrattle: Deal 2 damage to the enemy hero. (3) Necrium Blade 3/2 weapon Deathrattle: Trigger your random minion's Deathrattle. (1) Shadestone Skulker 1/1 Rush Battlecry: Take your weapon and gain its stats. Deathrattle: Give it back. [reequips it] (4) Spiritsinger Umbra 3/4 After you summon a minion with Deathrattle, trigger it. (3) Snowfall Graveyard Your Deathrattles trigger twice. Lasts 3 turns. Basically this works by Shadestone Skulker making you equip the Necrium Blade many times, which, in turn, by breaking themselves after reequipping trigger minions' deathrattles, which, again, makes Shadestone Skulker reequip the Necrium Blade, and, occasionally, Leper Gnome dealing damage to the opponent

@@dimakul2765 Thanks for the recap, but I have no trouble understanding the combos themselves. I stopped playing Hearthstone about 5 years ago, so most of the cards are just new to me. I try to read what they do before the gameplay clips start, so I can comprehend what should happen. I can do it fine as is, but I often miss the pause by just a second or so and have to rewind.

Shadestone Skulker can't trigger deathrattle infinite times when aura allows you to trigger twice deathrattle for fuck sake! His deathrattle says "Give it back" so Necrium Blade should trigger once. Usually my opponent has only Minefield and I should take 8 points of damage i hope blizzard will fix this shitty card because I can't rank up into legendary rank when im so close to achieve for the first time in five years in wild.

I think this was nerfed already, just tried it twice. Neither time was it enough damage to kill the opponent, it was awfully close though. (first time, was about 6 away and didn't realize so ... lost. The second time, I just uses the shadowstone to rush into an enemy minion, doing almost enough to kill them, and then hit them with the weapon to do the final amount.) EDIT: Update, tried it five times now, first times as above (not enough damage to kill, but game allowed me to continue). Next three times, the game presented me with a disconnection and "Exit Now" button, when I came back in the game was a draw. I think the combo is just unreliable, pure random whether you get enough leper gnome hits to kill the opponent. Every time, my opponent was >30 health due to renethal and/or armor. EDIT2: Played it about ten times, now that I think about it, I think I understand what is happening. Your blade has a chance of either hitting the leper gnome or the shadestone. Since they all happen twice, you need it to hit the shadestone at least once in the beginning to start the likely chain. You could get unlucky and hit leper gnome repeatedly and it would stop. But you could also get unlucky and never hit the gnome. So you're at the mercy of random luck that it hits the leper gnome enough times to not only kill the opponent, but also enough to finish the cycle before the game decides its a draw for you.

Can you please make a bomb deck where you play the explorer bran then deepminer bran and Zola the deepminer bran over and over until you play a bomb shuffler into your opponents deck and they can only draw bombs until they die

Because otherwise there isn't a win condition. The game will just crash and force a tie for both players if you simply let the Skulker go infinite.

Lol that is just so janky to see it go that far into negative, and also take that long just to start triggering the deathrattle in the first place. It's like the game knows that it just broke, but wants to show you that it knows. Like waiting for a program to respond for an hour, just to have it tell you it's crashed.

combos like this do a great job of showing one core limitation with digital card games, resolving this sort of thing in a paper game is generally pretty easy (though this one is technically non-deterministic right?) because you don't have to think it through to the end before you start lol

Nope. It should go infinite unless you get VERY unlucky. When you summon Skulker, it breaks the Blade and (because of Umbra) re-equips it back 2 times. The blade is broken 2 times, therefore it's deathrattle is triggered 4 times. Unless all 4 times it chooses the Gnome (6.25%), for each time it chooses Skulker, the Blade will get broken 2 times more. On average, the number of broken blades should double each cycle.
