First things first we two at home make similar 'upma' but with frozen mixed vegetables (lazy to cut carrots, beans) which we get here in US stores, but either lunch or dinner and not breakfast. Our lunch portion feeling jealosy, less than breakfast, no wonder results are showing your portion control and avoiding carbos (bread). Coffee substituted with nimbupani. Since most of the time you were on the roads and travel, how do you manage the daily routine and the exercise (of course your trekking and travel makes up much more than the scheduled exercise). I don't know if I missed any trick or hints on the last croatia trip, but anyway my blind guess based on the shopping hint I get it, you are going to a much colder climate ski resort like a green land (which was not explored much by others , I only saw one video on green land of late) or some scandavian like Finland due to the travel restrictions I am sure you would be closure within the Europe/Scandavian Countries. Yes we loved this type of Video, never bored to see the local Amsterdam videos , the cool and quiet no traffic roads with beaming colourful christmas vibe and lights. If my guess right or close, gift me. The only gift I ever accept is to meet you folks in person even two minutes fine whenever it happens. Can wait. Haha. Cheers
