Tried pindi chhole recipe from different celebrity chefs but I found the masala recipe you have shared to be the most balanced and delicious. What I tried from other chefs turned out to be too overpowering and in some cases, a bit bitter. Probably they used less coriander seeds compared to other strong spices. Yours was quite different with masala dominated by coriander seeds which gave a very flavourful and balanced taste. Everyone at home loved it. Our entire home was filled with the magical aroma when we cooked this recipe. Thank you so much for sharing. Being away from India, this is one recipe I miss the most and can't seem to get it at any of the restaurants I have tried as well. With my failed attempts in the past, I had given up. Then I thought of giving this recipe a try and I am so glad I did it. It's as good as what I would get in Delhi and now I can even tweak it to my preference. Now I need to get the perfect bhature recipe to re-create the complete dish. Thanks again!

Nice recipe. Turned out well. One feedback sir. When you show the quntity in left bottom, pls keep it for 3 sec atleast to read n notice. If you put 10 masala it will take 30 sec aaded to you whole video. Rest is fine. Allow us to read at least. Thanks.
