We have exactly the same problem here in Australia. Students, unfortunately mostly from the Indian subcontinent, who know someone who runs a bogus "school" here, manage to get a student visa, then go off and work 40 hours a week, when they should only work 20 hours a week. This year (2024) the govt is clamping down on student visas and a lot of them, including students from other countries, are being rescinded and they have to go back to their home country.

@@davidcundy Hey david, this is because of australia giving visas to people without noting their financial conditions. Most of the students that are working 40 hours a week have a big loan that they take to come to Australia. Their only motive to come to Australia is to earn money and settle their loan. I agree but it can easily be proven true or false. My step kids are now in their 20s but they had computer science almost every year in Jr and Sr high school. For me this was a great opportunity to get some answers and some experience and I know they were good students. Man was I wrong because they used computers and I think it was to help them pass there courses by finding answers and copying and pasting. I had hoped to get answers on types of programs and apps commonly used. I wanted to know how to block, how to find hidden programs and stuff like that. How can you have computer science and not learn the science of running a computer. I asked them what type of certification there instructor has and Microsoft certification they had no idea what I was talking about. I thought I would finally learn something about computers instead I realized the computer science was to make them appear more educated and boost the school in the standards category. They knew how to cut and paste and even alter the answer so as to not get others in trouble for using the same answers. I was not a great student but I hated to not understand how something worked and I found out that my step kids aren't the great students I have been lead to believe. I guess it is also my fault for not challenging them at every step of the way. I put my trust in a public school that looked great on paper but actually was more concerned about cutting and pasting. Anyone have a recommendation to a channel that will answer these questions

@@Beautiful_Mess USA: no papers? No passport? No visa? No job? Pregnant? Come on in!!
@xwrtkАй бұрын
@@KCJSummersIt’s not as easy as people think. Plenty of American born criminals failed to illegally cross the border to evade any border patrol agents from potentially assisting them to jail. A U.S. citizen who lived near the border called to report possible illegals but instead got shot at night by border patrol while his weapon on the property didn’t help. The U.S. citizen was assumed illegal when not.

Isn’t it up to the airline to decide, not the US embassy??
@cherylk.2474Ай бұрын
Actually, the airline is required to check documentation and will prevent boarding a passenger if they believe the passenger is violating entry requirements of the country to which they are flying. The airline doesn't want to have to fly this passenger back after they are not allowed entry.

Which circumstance in this video is giving you that stench? The fact that the majority of people who are trying to enter the UK illegally are from poorer countries where the majority of the population is not "white" - or that the supervisor of the interviewing officer in the first segment is obviously of African racial derivation?

That was very nasty with pregnant lady, she had tickets and visas but they ruined her trip.
@IzinaimaАй бұрын
There are a lot of airlines that have rules about how pregnant you can be while flying, and she was lying and said she weren’t pregnant at all.
@ingridfong-daley5899Ай бұрын
Her due date may have still said 7 weeks but she looks 2 weeks out at most. Airlines aren't interested in becoming liable for on-board births. She intentionally failed to disclose her pregnancy to qualify for the visa, meaning her visa and tickets were fraudulently obtained and, therefore, void. She ABSOLUTELY knew that when she purchased the tickets/applied for the visa, likely crossing her fingers that someone like you would feel too bad for her to bother paying attention.
@anonymousfemale9231Ай бұрын
She was on her way to the USA to deliver her baby and get a social security card/number for that baby so she can acsess many different programs….Medicaid for one……she will cry the blues and eventually beg for her other family members to come here and live off the system….I see it all the time on my job.She knows exactly what she is doing…..it is called scamming the USA.
@avryllsixtus3429Ай бұрын
Each country knows the entry rules of other countries and work with them to avoid having illegal migration..the baby scam is rife for America and Britain will assist immigration in USA by stopping heavily pregnant women from arriving in America in order to gain residency via the birth of the baby.....they all work together.
