Australia has a magnificent team here. The amount of disrespect,stupidity , lying and rudeness from passengers you guys put up with, while still staying calm , respectful and fair, earns my deep respect. Utterly Professional. . I hope I can be like this in conflict situations. 👏 Can't wait to visit your beautiful land one day. ❤

10:08 When she comes out of the room asking for a lawyer because she's not a terrorist & the interrogation is ridiculous & they should have stopped the interview straight away. She knows she did wrong, & tried to circumvent the system. She not only committed a crime by trying to come back when there was clearly an exclusion period and she knew it, but also under different credentials & should be banned from coming back period {In My Opinion}. 10:40 "I don't remember being spoken to". She needs to realize They Do Record You, they record everything on their computers & it's tracked in a database. She should be extremely grateful for the outcome, & realize not every country's laws are what You think they should be.

Just because many students from mainland China use Hong Kong as a stopover on their way to Australia doesn't mean she is from Hong Kong. As a Hong Konger, I can say I've never seen those food items sold in Hong Kong, and the currency she is using is Chinese Yuan, but not Hong Kong Dollars.

Denise shouldn't have been let in. I another episode an Indian man was caught working on a tourist visa & was sent back to India while his wife & child were allowed entry into Australia. Even when the money he earned was barely anything. So how was Denise's case any different?! She overstayed by barely anything plus had different passports. How is her emotion towards her child valid but not the Indian man's? Just because she raised her voice & asked for a lawyer whereas the Indian man was so scared he could barely speak to defend himself "loudly". Certain passports truly are stronger, then!

It is wrong that Denise was let in. She fraudulently obtained a Greek passport in order to evade the exclusion period, then lied about not knowing about it. JUST LIKE A TERRORIST WOULD DO. The way she said she wouldn't be back shows that she doesn't really care about the child at all. Likewise the Chinese student should have been sent back either without the cash or with the cash but alerting the authorities at the other end. The only reason her mother has cash and no money in the bank is because she is avoiding taxes. Daughter will be doing the same thing when she is here. Get a job that pays cash, pay no tax, and declare nothing. We don't need more dishonest people. We have enough of them already.
@shirleycummings92593 ай бұрын
It wasn't a fraudulent passport Denise had dual citizenship which means she can have both passports but she did use Greek one trying to bypass the system. The Chinese student knew what she was doing. Should have been sent straight home one year ban.

Too many times people use "I'm not a terrorist" as an excuse to justify their illegal activities. As if what they did should not count. And what the woman did was over stay her Visa. The returning student says she did not know about the cash, her Mom put it in. However, she knows exactly how much money she is carrying 🤦♀️It is astonishing, to me, how so many students walk around carrying such high amounts of cash. They rate puts her as having over 13k in Australia dollars. Additionally, it surprises me that people who go to school, or have lived, in Australia for years are unable to understand English. I am guessing the courses are taught in English.

There's nothing wrong with using two passports. I use one to leave Australia and a different one to leave Europe (as I often stay longer than the Australian one allows). In this case she overstayed her visa in a country that she did not have a passport for and tried to get around it by using another passport which again, was not for the country she was visiting.
