So...why hasn't Hollywood realized that the REAL money for a Sonic the Hedgehog movie would be in a big screen adaptation of Sonic meeting Tails for the first time? You know, as long as the movie sticks somewhat to canon, with having Tails be adorable but bullied because of his "deformity" and Sonic showing up one day and the two of them meeting. Now, the story could differ in that, instead of raising Tails by himself, he could have help from one of his canon friends, such as Amy Rose or Sally Acorn, and the movie could be a touching family movie instead of an action movie. Of course, that's not to say that there can't be action in the movie as well, it just shouldn't be the main focus of the movie.

@@33pandagamer I know, right? But, for whatever reason, Hollywood just hasn't realized that that is where the money lies when it comes to Sonic the Hedgehog movies! I mean, sure, the anime movie back in the 90s spawned some amazing abridged versions, but still! We should start a petition to get this movie idea looked at at the very least, if not picked up by...say...Disney and made into a feature length film. With how many different variations of the iconic 'first meeting' between the two there are, the idea deserves to be thought about as a viable plot for a Sonic the Hedgehog movie at the very least, if it isn't deserving of actually being made into a movie altogether, which I feel that it is.
