I’m eagerly anticipating your head to head of all the long draw bows you talked about in your last Hoyt video, especially your opinion of how they feel out at 32 inches.

It would be interesting to do videos on what kinds of grips are more forgiving / better for shooters to help prevent torquing the bow or consistent hand placement

On top of being cheaper, I like the texture and the front and backside tape. Seems to me like a preferable option for less money. Thanks!

Just a heads up boys.. the maker of these side plates is fixing the 3m adhesive issue acting up against the rubber.. some kinda reaction to the rubber. I called to order one, talked to them and that's what I was told. Once I hear back from them I'll be buying a set. Wicked set for sure!

I’ve been considering changing out the factory grip in my 2020 VXR 28 for while now and your video convinced me to give this one a try so I ordered one from u. Thanks for the awesome videos snd keep up the great work!

Just put this grip on my v3x and made a night and day difference, over the engage grip. And a lot better feel over the Mathews side plates!

I almost wish I didn't see this because I absolutely want one now but I'm about to buy a damn ez green from you. I think this grip is exactly what I'm looking for. I got the bee real and liked it but went to the ultraview side plates and like the narrowness of them but from this video I think it's exactly what I'd like. thanks but no thanks for this awesome video 🤣

Nice quick video. I would like to see how much that sideplate goes up and extends the shelf. The mathews side plates extend the shelf out, but I can't tell from the video how much the shadow creek side plates extend it.

You should do an actual test to see if it’s any different in feel as of the coldness between the engage grip and those winter side plates

Great videos. I would like to hear your thoughts on what you think is ranked on the list of bow importance, Speed, tunability, weight, options/ what fits on the bow, cost to change draw weight or length. I say this because I got a Matthews VXR years ago. I love it but had no clue how to look at the total cost to shoot it well. Its all fun and games until it cost $70 to change 1/2" of draw another $70 to change draw weight by more than 10#. Or the cost of a top hat kit to tune as I change weight.....Now I know but my local show push Mathews so that's what I got. I don't regret my experience with the VXR but I have spent a lot of extra dollars to adjust and perfect my set up.

Mathews and PSE (aluminum) have had years to develop a decent grip... They have failed... miserably. Time to back the money$$$ truck up to Handsome Rob's place @ Rattler grips and have him fix this shit. He is fixing the levitate grip as I type this. Thanks MFJJ for putting out amazing content, while running a business.

Do these tend to stay put after seasons in the field and diff elements when using this adhesive and no screws at all, i always thought side plates hat set screws but maybe not on mathews and only other brands? I like the idea of that material instead of the harder plastic or nylon side plates

I have the PSE Evo, and I like the thick grip it's comfortable in my hand but I'm also a novice, so I should probably switch it out and get better. A video idea, bow protection like soft and hard cases, what do you recommend?
@OutdoorShellback2 жыл бұрын
Don't think switching a grip will inherently make you get better. I have an Evo as well and I happen to love the grip. If you shoot it well, or I should say if the bow/grip isn't hindering your ability to shoot accurately, then don't think removing the grip will make you better.
