Took me 3 hours to complete it, restarted it couple of times, had to check videos of other CCs and had to max out the older Illuminati team members just for this. If you ask me, this sucks

I found it to be just right. Lots of restarts, but nodes are beatable with the right strategy and RNG. Plus , it was nice to have nodes where you didn't have to watch the whole enemy team take 2 turns before you got one.

I easily beat the first brwler node without 'charging' my NC. I used EGT, NC, Vahl, Namor, and LDS. It was the same team i used last time the trial was out. Namor is very important and with EGT and NC and Valh feeding energy its an easy wipe

Brawler node you can use nc/vahl/blade/teg/lds No prep required Nc special in the middle. Rewind each side pinging the exposed for energy.

Does anybody know the purpose of or how to use the rewards at the end of the monthly events? I'm specifically talking about the crimson biogenic glands, the crimson heart augmentation, and the crimson grip strength formula.

@aaronsouthworth242 No, those pieces go to bio toons. It's just a fully built piece already. Apoc is a mutant they have nothing to do with each other. You're probably missing stark tech or something

I found it challenging but was able to get through it and get my 7 stars. I had to sack a few nodes first and it took both a full Anni and Illumi team for me to get through the last node. I liked how challenging this was, just wish I was doing it for a better character. Shadow King doesn't really excite me.

It's a little tricky but definitely not too hard, I finished d15 with all g18 characters except Gladiator, Gorr, Thanos, OML, Apoc, and Pav (all g19). I even used a bunch of under leveled characters like g16 Nightcrawler, g17 deathpool, and g12 M4M. I had to reset the brawler nodes a few times because of resists but the rest was just a specific order of control(illuminati and Brawler) or easy(M4M and Global Villain). With enough pacts you don't even need to do the last node so you don't have to worry too much about people dying.

The real problem for me is cap britain is STILL not farmable, and mine gets exploded on node 2

@@bradwheeler4301 gotcha you gotta play it like you would against them in crucible and use Shuri special to strip GGC charges and ability block him or stun him of you can't get to her fast enough. If you end up stunning him instead of ability blocking him use Shuri ult to ability block the cluster of enemies that's the most dangerous

If the level cap uses something besides gold and training materials to level and pay gates... will be catastrophic I think to people quiting and giving up for good ! Why have level 105 if there's no gamemodes to use them in War,CC,raids are dead and BW is broke ?

I enjoyed the shadow king trials and i'm a very light spender but yeah if nothing else preloading nightcrawler for his ultimate is a must or you aint going nowhere later period

I think the trials are difficult and that's fine but they're really frustrating to get through and the main problem is that we're forced to do them in order to get the 7* shadow king. I was perfectly happy earning shards as in most Pre OML trials but this unlocking at star levels has turned out to be less of a boon than a bane.

I thought it was fine. 50 mil tcp ftp. Mix of g19s and g18s. Just have to learn strats and get cooldowns ready. Oml is my only g19 merc/undying and made it work. Like having challenges and things to work towards

Honestly it's hard but not frozen dimension lvl of bullshit. Need to be smart and get cooldowns on the first node and have a giant anihalators. But took me like 1 hour to get 7 star kingpin

The part that makes this not fun for me is the wave drop design. If they want to make something hard AND rng relient, dont put the most troublesome wave drops AT THE END OF THE NODE. I have to restart, play through the whole node, then last wave drops and i have to reset. Waste of time and annoying

I don't get it? I think this was fine, I got 7 stars t GG e first time..finished just outside top 500. It's not like it's asking you to use toons you don't or wouldn't have built. Itsxa roster test, are you building relevant toons? I walked through this on an hour or so since I didn't have to worry about overall score!

It's not too hard. It's just massive amounts of RNG. I did the first Mercs/Undying node for 4 fucking hours because RNG needed to go a specific way. I also took numerous toons to G19. I would've just done purple iso, but we dont have a reliable way in the current economy of the game. Then a later node was another massive RNG check. Bottom line first Merc node Panda pools gotta die before Deadpool or OML drop or it's a wrap.

I enjoyed the hard content. U have to burn an attack or 2 here and there. I made it through pretty easily and didnt charge anyone but nightcrawlet on first node. Just burn attacks to get past the sentinels on that 1 node. Ill tell u whats annoying is haveing spent tons of time into characters and have no whwre to use them. Simulated events suck

i just want shards. I want to just do the minimum over a time period of 3 events and slowly build the dude. NOW you have to do the full event to get the full guy. By the time my baby acct is going to get a 7y , it will be because the meta overpowers the nodes. I dont want to have to build a bunch of CRAP super-high just to get a legendary. and hell.... Astral sucks overall anyway, so why even bother. At least they arent as bad as Absolute Ass-Force.

dying to RNG is not fun. "Hard" PVE content is not fun when it's RNG based. Either you have the characters built to auto or struggle. It's hard enough of a struggle to get the resources to build up so many characters to a high level to complete this. Shouldn't be built characters AND struggling. PVP is where the difficulties should lie.

I full cleared on difficulty 15, all but the first two packs turned on, and using a guide from the first release. There are more characters available this go around, and a chance to upgrade the previous one. If you’re one of those that is complaining, “It’s too hard! 😿” maybe Solitaire is more your speed.

It is too hard cuz cap britain's star level is important for illum nodes, and he isnt farmable yet. P2w as far as im concerned. Oml second run-through was a walk in the park. I cant beat this one due to something out of my control

I’m pretty sure Dorky Dad did a run where he beat it with F2P Illuminati. Others have mentioned they beat it with a 4 red star Captain Britain. More CB red stars means it’ll be easier for sure but it isn’t like it’s pay gated. A heavily involved FTP player could easily have a 4-5 red star CB by now.
