15:23 without realizing galio had followed the creature for hundreds of feet. So if galio is shaped roughly human and were jogging a single step forward would cover 75% of his height. Lets say he's 150' tall. He could cover 112' per step so he took about 8-20 steps forwards seeing how anymore than that would be half a mile. That isn't that desperate. For more info on desperation play a solo queue match on league.

I. X. From what I got from the story, Galio only activates in the presence of DARK energy or Arcane energy, which Lux doesn't use, maybe Malzahar or Ryze can trigger Galio's activation, but I don't think Lux can

I have two ideas 1: it's been stated that magic is much rarer in runetera than it was before so there are less mages being born all around not just in demacia. 2: I think damacia just has a prejudice aganst mages due to their history with them and the fact that noxus their main enemy uses magic for dark purposes eg LeBlanc illusions to manipulate people or vlads blood magic. As for lux I think that the direction riots going to take her updated lore is that she's somewhat represed with her magic since she's, one a mage so people will be suspicious of her from the go and two she's a woman, since going of firoras lore, damacia is very traditional to the role of women to say the least and the idea of another woman (lux) defying tradition and attaining more status by becoming a renowned mage (elementalist) would be worrying to them

Nautilus was betrayed (I think) by his crewmembers when he was being dragged down by the black thing in the waters which then fused his body with his diving suit. After an unspecified amount of time with Nautilus walking forward, he eventually reached Bilgewater only to find that everyone he knew and loved were long since dead. That's basically the gist of it.
