I'm sure you already figured this out, but for anyone else wondering, climb onto the ledge to the right of the alter. There's a zipline there that will take you back to the entrance next to a campfire.

I'm stuck on this Tomb. The very first Gate with the rope is blocked with a metal cylinder. I can't attach the raft with it : ((

I realise this is very late, but for anyone else having this trouble the room where you find the shrine thing and complete the challenge tomb, there's a wall on the right hand side. Climb that, and zipline across through the gap, swim back through the tunnel and you're back to first area its a straight walk from there it's impossible to get lost
