The "wooo wooow woow" derangement is my favourite. If someone screeches or yells or whatnot I end up killing them, but I have a few that went deranged or manic that "woow". Kept them. They're my bodyguards in each region.

I've got a beloved deranged orc of my own: Krimp the Poisoned. His title's fairly self explanatory, and he used to be my enemy. Some shaming later, he developed the tendency to say "had enough?". He asks that question often, while his enemies choke on the pestilent fumes of his poisonous arsenal. He's immune to poison now, and becomes enraged whenever it's used on him. He's also a Mystic, and my bodyguard in Nurnen. Being a Mystic, he teleports to anyone I want killed, and executes them with his mighty axes! I love him, and look forward to pitting him against other people's Orcs when the DLC for it comes out :D

donnycage yes you can, to get all of my deranged captains I had to banish my entire fortress and shame them all until they became deranged. Then I found them, recruited them and promoted them back into the fort.
