Shadow of War - I Give Up!

Shadow of war had so much promise but left me clawing my eyes out with frustration at this section of the game where you go through what seems like an infinite amount of stages defending your fortresses from the armies of Sauron... I was told by a friend it was only until stage 8... If only i knew... I give up!
