@@SpaceMissile Only with mods. In vanilla, the cannons use the Medium range table, granting +20% hit at point blank that decays to zero over 15 tiles. You can see on the accuracy breakdown at the bottom left - 77% to hit, 67% from base aim, +20% from weapon range, and -10% from Mutons' innate defence.
