Sips's ability to get fucked by the hidden stat bs in Xcom 2 is becoming quite legendary it showed a 92%, but it's got a secret acc reduction from the specific type of cover he was in, and he landed in the range of the cover's reduction which is why he shot the wall ...xcom 2 is a silly game
