Chanin, the clever tactician is an extremely good card with Amber Metulli, being able to put four troops into the conflict but still knowing that you only need to sacrifice one in the end if it looks like you won't win the battle is insanely good and in the four five first rounds, 6 combat strength almost always takes second place if you have first threatened to have 4 troops in the battle

If she could retreat _or_ deploy one troop during reveal, would she be overpowered?

A reasonable question, I feel like DW must have tested this. Given it's a power that requires a Fremen Bond for otherwise, it's probably too much. If I was going to change Amber, I'd probably just go for a total rework rather than number adjusting.

I hate that they just made up a character, when they're so many loreful houses they could've included. The fact that she's bad only makes it worse. I'm considering just shelving her card as no one ever wants to play her.

I hope Amber becomes the most hated character since she is not from the book nor the movies. I also hope the other players gang up on Amber to sabotage her as much as possible.
