Hello everyone! I hope all of you are well whether you've come across this video or just vibing out to the world. Anyways...let's cut to the chase. For us nerds out there, we know this is a crazy, special and very CHAOTIC year for a certain edgehog. Yes...yall know it's Shadow The Hedgehog's turn this year! #YearOfShadow or #YOS. And what better way to contribute to The Ultimate Lifeform than with a remix of a classic track from 2005??!!
That's right...I was cookin up a trap remix of The Ark! This was something that I was thinking about doing from quite sometime since this happened to be my most favorite OST to hear from the Shadow The Hedgehog game. Never played the game but, I've seen plenty of folks do gameplays all over the place. Anyways, that's besides the point...about the remix itself, I wanted to make sure it still had that edgy feel to still compliment the original tone of the song. It took a while for me to find the right instrumentation to put together in the mix but, not without a prices.
Multiple session crashes MAINLY when I try to open my DAW to the point when I tried to bounce out my stems separately when I finished putting the composition together. When I tell yall I was about to PULL MY HAIR OUT trying to figure what the issue was, I was that close to scrapping this video upload. Glad I didn't because that would be me giving up on something I was working so hard putting a lot of care into it. That also goes for when I was switching up my usual color scheme for my logos since I wanted to match the occasion....if yall haven't noticed. LOL!
